In an effort to cure his drymouth ailment of a major hangover and several past adventures, Lobo gets some rest and relaxation to venture into space with a collection of space dolphins. In his effort to gain some peace of mind, Lobo is left giving a piece of his mind to annoying enviornmentalists, aggrevating tourists, and giving the flipper to a dolphin poacher before turning him into chum.
